User Agreement

I certify under penalty of perjury that I am the person who was cited and I am the person who will complete this course: I will study the traffic school course supplied by Quick and Easy Traffic School and I will take all the review quizzes and final exam without the help of anyone else.

I also understand that if it is determined that:
  • I used outside assistance to complete the course, quizzes or final exam,
  • I had another person take the quizzes or final exam for me, or
  • I made false statements or presented false documents to the court or Quick and Easy Traffic School,
that it is a crime and punishable by law as a felony. I also understand that I would forfeit all my course tuition and that any completion of the course will not be accepted by the courts.

NOT ALL COURTS ALLOW HOME STUDY COURSES AND ON-LINE TRAFFIC SCHOOLS. I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure that the court approves Quick and Easy's On-line course in my case.

I also agree that I have received information from my court that I am eligible to take traffic school and that I am aware that Quick and Easy Traffic School satisfies traditional traffic school requirements. I also understand that Quick and Easy Traffic School does not satisfy a 12 or 16 hour course if I was instructed by the courts to complete a traffic school course of that nature.

If I am using "In-Person Testing" for my identity verification, the following applies:
I understand that if my citation was received in Alameda, El Dorado, Humboldt, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, Orange, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Stanislaus, Tulare, or Tuolumne counties, these jurisdictions require me to verify my identity. When taking my final exam in person with a Notary Public of my choice, I agree to the following: I am responsible for the payment of the Notary Service outside of Quick and Easy Traffic School. I am then responsible for sending the original test with the answers along with the Acknowledgement Verification Form signed by the Notary Public to Quick and Easy Traffic School via postal mail or fax.

I also understand the course is not completed until Quick and Easy Traffic School receives my original copy of the final exam and signed Acknowledgement Verification Form and the final exam has a passing grade of at least 80% correct answers. If I do not score a passing grade on the final exam, I understand that I must re-take the exam in front of a Notary Public and resubmit it to Quick and Easy Traffic School.

I understand that I must allow sufficient time for this process: visiting a notary public, submitting the final exam, and potentially re-taking the final exam prior to my court due date. As such, Quick and Easy Traffic School recommends that I complete the course at least 4 days prior to my court due date. And if my court requires that I present a hardcopy of my certificate to the court, I understand that I must allow even more time for the certificate to be mailed to me, and in that case, I should complete the course an additional 3-5 days prior to my court due date, or I can pay for overnight delivery of my certificate.

Certificate Delivery:

If my court offers electronic filing of certificates
I also understand that my certificate of completion will be electronically filed with the court upon successful payment and completion of the Quick and Easy Traffic School. I am aware that Quick and Easy Traffic School's business practice regarding processing and electronic filing of the Certificate of Completion is as follows: Certificates will be processed and e-filed to the court the same day as I complete the course, ONLY IF I successfully complete and pass my final exam (with verification) before the hour of 5:00pm PST.

I understand that I will not receive a hard copy of my certificate. Instead, I will receive an automatic notification from the Court via e-mail message at no additional cost once my certificate of completion is received by the Court.

I selected the correct County & Court where I was cited (which is not necessarily the county where I live) so that my certificate will be routed to the correct court. If I have not selected the correct court, I will call Quick and Easy Traffic School to have this corrected prior to completing the final exam.

In addition, all the registration information I entered is correct. If I believe any of my information may be incorrect, or it changes during the time I am taking the course, I will call Quick and Easy Traffic School to have this corrected prior to completing the final exam. I understand that misrouted certificates due to incorrect information that I have supplied are NOT the responsibility of Quick and Easy Traffic School. I understand that errors made during registration may cause a delay in the processing of my certificate, and that supplying an incorrect email address will result in my not receiving notification of my certificate being processed by the court, neither of which is the responsibility of Quick and Easy Traffic School or the Court.

If my court offers faxing of certificates to the court
I also understand that my certificate will be faxed directly to the court upon my successful completion of the course and passing of the final exam.

I am aware that Quick and Easy Traffic School's business practice regarding processing and faxing the Certificate of Completion is as follows: Certificates will be processed and faxed to the court the same day as I complete the course, ONLY IF I successfully complete and pass my final exam (with verification) before the hour of 5:00pm PST.

I also am aware that if I fail to successfully complete my exam by the time listed above, my certificate will be faxed to the court on the following business day.

I also understand that I am responsible for following up with the court to be certain that the court received the fax, and I agree to hold Quick and Easy Traffic School harmless if the court does not receive my certificate on time.

If my court requires the student to bring a hard copy of the certificate to the court
I also understand that my certificate will be mailed to the address I provide during registration via 1st class U.S. Postal Service Mail and, as such, I should complete the course 3-5 days prior to my court due date to allow delivery of the certificate. If I do not have sufficient time, I understand that I have the option to pay for overnight delivery. I also understand that Quick and Easy Traffic School will not be held responsible for delays in U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express delivery.

I am also aware that Quick and Easy Traffic School's business practices regarding processing and mailing the Certificate of Completion is as follows: Certificates will be processed and mailed the same day as I complete the course, ONLY IF I successfully complete and pass my final exam (with verification) before the hour of 2:00pm PST for standard delivery (U.S. Postal Service), or before the hour of 1:00pm PST for overnight delivery (Federal Express).

I also am aware that if I fail to successfully complete my exam by the time listed above, my certificate will be mailed (standard delivery), or picked up by Fed Ex (overnight delivery) the following business day. Further, I understand that overnight delivery is sent Monday thru Friday; Fed Ex packages picked up on Friday are delivered on Monday (the next business day).

I also understand that I am responsible for any overnight mailings and subsequent charges, and I hold Quick and Easy Traffic School harmless from late receipt of my certificate.

Regardless of how my certificate is delivered to the court
I understand that it is my responsibility to complete the course with enough time to get my certificate of completion to the court by my court-assigned due date and that Quick and Easy Traffic School is not held responsible for my failure to do so. Quick and Easy Traffic School will make every effort to process certificates as defined in their business practices, excluding any actions out of their power to control.

I also understand that if I require a duplicate certificate of completion, I must pay an additional charge of $3.
